The fine print, in plain English

First come, first served. One referral claim per property (a multi-unit building counts as one property). The first person to refer an address owns the claim.
$500 paid at closing. The referral fee is earned when Girl Next Door Equity closes on the property, and is paid within 7 days after closing.
Stay in touch. By submitting a referral, you agree Girl Next Door Equity may call or text you about your referral and your payout.
